Wisconsin state parks, forests, trails, wildlife areas, and other
Department of Natural Resources lands provide more than 3,060
miles of recreational trails. They go through forests and prairies
and on boardwalks over wetlands and sand dunes. Some provide urban
residents with scenic getaways to rural areas.
